LexFis Publisher — Terms of Service

LexFis Publisher is a web-based publishing tool operated by LexFis. It is used to prepare, upload and manage legal educational video content for official LexFis social media accounts, including TikTok.

LexFis Publisher may integrate with TikTok through the TikTok Content Posting API. The integration allows authorized users to upload video content to TikTok, including uploading content as a draft for further review, editing and publication.

LexFis Publisher accesses a TikTok account only after the account owner has provided the required authorization through TikTok.

The service does not intentionally publish, modify or manage content on TikTok accounts that have not authorized access.

Users are responsible for ensuring that content uploaded through LexFis Publisher complies with applicable law, TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other applicable TikTok policies.

Authorization granted to LexFis Publisher may be revoked through the relevant TikTok account settings.

LexFis may modify, suspend or discontinue LexFis Publisher when reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal or operational reasons.

LexFis Publisher relies on third-party platforms and APIs, including TikTok. LexFis cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or operation of third-party services.
